These Peruvian silversides, locally known as pejerrey, are small, slender saltwater fish native to the Pacific coast of South America, stretching from Peru down to Chile. Wild caught and naturally harvested, they are highly prized for their tender, mild white flesh. These "king fish" serve as a nutrient-dense, highly digestible source of lean protein, essential for muscle maintenance, tissue repair, and sustained energy levels.
